Alternator, Starter and Battery Replacement

1. Battery...  Your battery should have an excess of 12 volts storage capacity, a dead battery will result in no activity when turning the ignition key, other times you may hear just a clicking sound.

2. Charging System... Your car's alternator recharges your battery while the car is running.  Lights, radios, and engine control will drain your battery if the alternator fails. If you don't check the alternator and the alternator is not charging even a new batterry will go dead in a matter of days.

3. Starting System...  If you turn your key and nothing happens your starter motor may have failed. Starter Motor failure is often intermittant at first and then suddenly your engine WILL NOT START at all.
